Silodosin (Silodyx) for Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms

The intended and unintended effects of silodosin are comparable with the effects of tamsulosin, alfuzosin, doxazosin and terazosin. In addition, there are no clinically important differences in the applicability or ease of use between these agents. For the treatment of patients with LUTS, the therapeutic value of silodosin is comparable with that of tamsulosin, alfuzosin, doxazosin and terazosin.
