Its therapeutic value was determined via comparison with rivastigmin and galantamin.. They reached the following conclusions. - the therapeutic value of donepezil is equal to that of rivastigmin and galantamin for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderately severe Alzheimer’s dementia.
