CVZ regards biological drugs as therapeutically interchangeable if they are designated as "similar" after being registered by the EMA or the CBG. Based on the system of the Zorgverzekeringswet [Zvw, Health Insurance Act], there is no reason for regarding these drugs as having any differences.
